Obnoxious 5 year old kid may chase ball into street and cause his own death because AnitHero couldn't slow car from excessive speed and kill child who intentionally ran in front of his speeding car which he didn't even try to stop because he had the right of way. Sorry dude you're wrong racing on public roads is illegal, if you want to race on public roads take it to the industrial park between the hours of 1 and 4 am make sure you have buddies blocking any cross streets and have a blast. But don't do it in residential areas or in town near mini-malls etc. when there are all types of pedestrian and other auto traffic.
